Check-in is from 15:00. There is no reception: keys are in lockboxes at the apartments, and the code is sent on your arrival day. Once the booking deposit has been paid, you can also arrive late at night. Early check-in is sometimes possible, subject to availability and prior agreement with staff.

Every apartment has a key lockbox. The code and self check-in instructions are sent on your arrival day. There is no reception.

Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out depends on apartment availability and requires prior agreement with staff; it is not guaranteed.

We do not offer luggage storage.

Every reservation carries a one-time final cleaning fee of 125–150 PLN, depending on the apartment. Check the final price in Roomadmin. An additional charge of 150–250 PLN may apply only for excessive mess, as stated in the rental rules. Please dispose of rubbish and wash the dishes before leaving.

A booking deposit of 30% of the stay price is paid by bank transfer. After booking, you receive a confirmation email with bank transfer details. The remaining amount is paid in cash on arrival. If you arrive at night and check in on your own, you pay the cash balance the next morning.

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the entire booking deposit may be refunded. If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Staff handle individual cancellation, date-change and refund requests. These rules concern cancellation at the guest’s own initiative and do not limit statutory rights in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract.

Provide invoice details before your first payment, including before transferring the booking deposit. Contact staff in advance.

A security deposit is not normally charged. It may be required in individual cases; the amount and return conditions are agreed with staff.

Bed linen and one standard towel per guest are ready on arrival. Beach towels are not provided. In-stay linen or towel changes are not included; you can arrange them by phone with staff for an additional fee.

The bedroom has two 80 × 200 cm beds; you can request separate beds. The unfolded living-room sofa is 150 × 200 cm and sleeps up to two people. Bed linen is prepared for guests.

Every apartment has a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. Other amenities may vary between apartments.

Every apartment has a washing machine.

Families with children are welcome. A baby cot costs an additional 20 PLN per night; request it before arrival and confirm availability with staff. An extra bed for an adult is not offered.

The person making the booking must be at least 18. At least one adult must stay in the apartment throughout the visit. Families with children are welcome.

A garage space costs 30 PLN per night outside high season and 50 PLN per night in high season. Booking and confirmation of availability by staff are required. Check the vehicle height limit with us before reserving.

Dogs and cats are welcome in all apartments. The fee is 30 PLN per night for each animal, whether a dog or a cat. Dogs must not use apartment gardens as a toilet; walk them outside the gardens and clean up after them. The rental rules do not allow rabbits, rodents, birds or reptiles.
